Heather's practice focuses on business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, succession and transition planning, contract negotiations, corporate financing and compliance matters, banking and lending, and real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, and guardianship.
Heather grew up in Altoona, Wisconsin, and graduated in 1993 from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with degrees in Criminal Justice and Public Communication. She earned her J.D. in 1997 from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review and interned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Heather and her husband Rick live in Chippewa Falls with their daughters. She currently serves as a Director of the State Bar of Wisconsin-Business Law Section and Stand in the Light Memory Choir, Inc. She has served on the board of numerous civic and professional organizations. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, cooking, reading, and she is an enthusiastic Badger fan. On Wisconsin!
